WOW 88 Terms & Conditions – Rules & Conditions of Use for the Malaysia Platform

1 Definitions & General Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "WOW 88" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all services operating under the WOW 88 brand.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with WOW 88.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time, excluding any unreleased bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or other rewards granted by WOW 88 to members.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Void Bet" refers to any wager placed using methods that violate WOW 88's rules.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between WOW 88 and each member. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood this document in its entirety. In the event of any conflict between a translation of this document in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Member Eligibility

To register and use WOW 88's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or a legal resident in Malaysia.
• Have never been suspended or banned from the WOW 88 platform previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Capable of making responsible financial decisions of their own free will.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on WOW 88. This means only one account per national ID number, phone number, email address, and IP address is allowed. WOW 88 employs advanced detection systems to identify multiple account ownership.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. WOW 88 reserves the right to request document verification at any time, including copies of your national ID, utility bill, or bank statement for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer).

Providing false or misleading information during registration is sufficient grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance without compensation.

3 Deposit & Payment

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (QR and direct transfer)
• FPX — Online banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, RHB and Public Bank

3.3 General Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• WOW 88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled or directly reversed — the standard withdrawal process must be used instead.
• WOW 88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount, as part of our compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

4 Fund Withdrawal

4.1 Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawals on WOW 88 may be made at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• The account has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• There are no active pending bets at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The wagering requirement for any active bonus has been fully met.
• No investigation is currently being conducted on the account in question.

5 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by WOW 88 are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the promotion:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per phone number, per email address, and per IP address.
• WOW 88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potential account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses at WOW 88 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM3,000 in bets (RM100 × 30) before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a validity period that begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Any bonus not utilised within its validity period will expire and be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on WOW 88 — including slots, live casino, baccarat, poker, and virtual sports — operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

6.2 Technical Errors and Disruptions

In the event of a technical error, system outage, or any technical issue affecting a match or game round, WOW 88 reserves the right to:

• Cancel the affected round or bet and refund the original stake.
• Resume the match using the last valid data available if the error occurs mid-match.
• Withhold winnings resulting from an obvious technical error.

WOW 88's decisions on matters involving technical errors are final.

6.3 Player Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. WOW 88 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the member's end.

7 Sports Betting & E-Sports

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets on WOW 88 — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton, e-sports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2, Valorant), virtual sports, and more — are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except under certain circumstances as detailed below.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, not the odds at the time of the match or at full time.
• WOW 88 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or void any bet at any time on reasonable grounds.

7.2 Sports Bet Cancellation

Sports bets will be voided and the original stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• A match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• There is an obvious technical error in the odds setting.
• The match information displayed is inaccurate (for example, the wrong teams, date, or time is shown).

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting (placed while a match is in progress) carries additional risk as odds change rapidly. WOW 88 is not liable for any delay in odds display or bet settlements resulting from data transmission delays.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your WOW 88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all withdrawable balances have been cashed out and that there are no pending active bets.

9.2 Suspension by WOW 88

WOW 88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time if:

• There is suspicion of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• The member has not complied with the requested KYC verification process.
• A breach of any rules set out in these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
• A request has been received from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

9.3 Balance in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed at your own request, any eligible balance will be refunded within 7 business days. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of WOW 88's investigation.

10 Liability Limit

WOW 88 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruption caused by scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
• Errors or delays in data transmission caused by your internet service provider or third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses from bets you placed voluntarily and with full awareness.

WOW 88's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

WOW 88 collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy us, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the WOW 88 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

WOW 88 will not sell or disclose members' personal data to any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with relevant authorities if required by law.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

WOW 88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the WOW 88 platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.
